@COD MASTER 123 technically it is, but it'll only work for the army. Re-skinning the police would be a much bigger task and if I got enough requests I'd attempt it.

Is there any chance I can bundle a slightly edited version of your dispatch.meta with my 'New World Order' mod? My mod was specifically designed around working with yours, and I'll credit you of course, I've just changed which peds spawn in the cars.

@VenomShadows If you are still encountering issues I'll edit the ped relationships for you; I don't want to crush your machinima dreams ;) I'll set every armed man on the boat to 'hate' the player; the reason I don't usually do this is because they attack me while I'm building the map, and then it all goes to hell. I'll try. Did you shoot any of the guards? They won't attack until one of them dies; they're set to the 'ballas' relationship group.

@VenomShadows Hrmm, do you have 'weapons are scary' installed?
If so, remove it.

@paddy1965 Also, try using GetLost2. It'll spawn some along the Chumash highway, it's a smaller file.
