Nevermind, got it going. Forgot the livery limit is 8, just deleted the template livery and renamed stuff appropriately. Looks mostly good, there is a weird vertical line on the left rear door but I might edit it myself. Thanks!

I converted the included JPEG to a PNG so I could add this texture, but as soon as I add it I get a "Couldn't load vehicle" error when trying to spawn it. I changed the name to "nsandstormtemplate_sign_9" since I have a bunch of other skins for this truck that are working. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Welp, nevermind. I don't think I changed anything that would effect them, but I got these cars working again.

I love these cars when I can get them to work, but is it possible this pack somehow has a conflict with EUP/SUP? It forces my game into an infnite loading screen. I've narrowed it down to this pack, my other addon packs work fine and I have modded gameconfig, sirensettings, heap adjuster, packfile limit adjuster, etc. If I'm only using the EUP/SUP packs and this, infinite loading screen, if I pull this pack, the game loads fine. Might be just something I'm doing wrong but I've been troubleshooting like crazy and keep tracking it down to this car pack.

Absolutely beautiful, love when new lore-friendly stuff comes out. I'm guessing EAGL stands for something but I haven't guessed what that is yet?
