✴️ Once you open the game you'll notice a hud display on the bottom center of the screen. This displays your lifetime total jobs, miles and money earned and is updated in real time.
✴️ If you pull up your phone and scroll until you find "Uber Support" and select it a dial ton will be heard and a Menu will pop up in the upper left screen.
✴️ You can Select "Accept Job" - when selected dispatch will send you the location of a customer near you, you will see a red customer blip on your map. Once you arrive to the customer you honk your horn and they will enter the passanger seat(I made it only passanger as there was a bug with peds not closing back doors all the way).
✴️ Once customer as been picked up a green Destination blip will them appear on the map. You need to make it to the destination without breaking rules to successfully complete each job.
✴️ If you speed, get in an accident or get a wanted level while on a job the customer will cancel the job and you'll receive a negative review.
✴️ Once the job has started you'll notice the bottom hud display change and start tracking miles travel, money earned and time remaining displayed and tracking in real time.
✴️ You must get to the destination within the time alloted or else you will not successfully complete the job and will receive a negative review.
✴️ Once you have successfully reached the destination you notice several notifications including your review and pay for the job and job/promotion progress at which point the customer will exit the vehicle and go on their way.
✴️ After successfully completing a job your life time totals will be updated. Your rating and job progress will be updated and will be automatically saved.
✴️ Once the first job is completed a manager will appear in the office parking lot, this is mainly just showing you are working, the functions associated to the manager not available until level 8 and are still be implemented.
✴️ The first level promotion of the job requires 10 jobs, 100 miles and an average rating of 2.8. If these requirements are met you will be promoted to level 2 at which point you'll receive a cash bonus and a increase in pay during jobs and a work vehicle that will be delivered to the office location and will have a blip attached to the vehicle.
✴️ From the menu you can view your next jobs requirements and see where your at in the charts. Each level has different requirements, difficulties, pay increases, work vehicles and more.

Anything under 70 currently, the new update is aiming to have speed limits adjusted to roads/areas so residential areas will be like 30mph while the highways will be 70-80mph.
Also the new update has a cruise control built into.
And the ratings are not really dialed into specific actions or events as of yet. The update should have better detection systems for rating so that if you actually drive flawless you get a 5*

@ATTLASGMNG I would have to get context on the jobs to know why the 1 stars are given. 1 stars are given if you speed, crash, get a wanted level, or miss the time limit. In addition to that you have about a 20% chance of getting a 1 star just out of customer opinion, this is only to make it a bit more challenging to level up, however each level you get promoted to you get less and less opinionated 1 star reviews. Hope this helps.
And no xbox controller is fine, the new update has some controller compatible capabilities built in.
