For those that are using RDE or similar mods, go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/rde/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_hills/cityhills_02/cityhills_02_metadata.rpf and add the "replacefiles" in there, they're overwriting the files from the vanilla game with these

Thanks for the AZERTY setting man, it was really annoying to switch to QWERTY whenever I launched the game xD

@dimedius I believe it was vanillaworks (any of it's derivatives cause the bug in questions, so dispatchworks etc)

@BC9205 Nah it was like flat textures being applied instead of the lightbar glowing red and blue... turns out I had a conflicting mod I forgot I had installed :/

Why are all the dealers only seeling Vaccas ?!?

Most "hwaypolice" cars seem to have broken lightbar textures when using the siren :/

Fixed it by replacing the gta5.meta file from update.rpf/common/data/levels with an unmodified one

Weird problem: the bones of the front and back wheels seem to cast a shadow on the car (you can see it when driving over something, there's a shadow on the door moving with the suspensions)
