Is there a way to check/uncheck vehicle flags?
This tool is useless. It crashes a lot. It seem to have also .xml opening ability but it cannot open xml files too. What a garbage :/
For what I needed it is great! I could not open some files in OpenIV or extract them in decoded state. This tool looks like OpenIV and can open those files that I previously could not open and I found some other cool preview features.
Hi. Can you add more values? Like HP limit that if get under it then regen is not possible and only HP can be regenerated by picking up first aid kit?
Also max HP for NPC that can be healed. For example 75% of full HP.
Sadly this does not work. I dragged .ymt file on the exe and cmd window poped out for a bit and no xml was created anywhere. Watched some dude on YT and his xml file showed up on desktop. In my case it does not create .xml file :(

I added this mid game as I sas still playing. Tested it by starting firefight, annoying music started to play. I went and adding this to script folder, back to game and reloaded scripts and slowly music stopped playing.
Again perfect mod. Oh, Rock Sh... I mean Star, learn from modders you damn ignorants!
This feature should be in game already! Damn RS!
Please make option to enable lock picking not only for car doors but also some similar minigame for car ignition and motorbike ignition. Please :)
Would be cool to have some minigame for ignition breaking/hacking.
Or some skill levels with car groups so as a beginner there would be only poor cars allowed to open and run. With more levels more expensive cars could be opened. Well such things should base game have.
Also sadly no way to tweak heal replenish values or disable them as there is no configurable file added, only .dll file :/
After some time in game with this mod and accidentally I noticed that near some benches I get notification that I can sit down. Sadly not all benches are useagle even if they have exact same model but are in different parts of city.
