@floydandsome Aww, thanks a lot :D
Sadly, (but probably clear to everybody by now) I'm not planning to continue developping the mod anmymore. If there is anyone interested in the source just let me know. Maybe someone with more experience can continue this mod so that it doesn't just die.
@Ethan Playz @VEntertainment Well, I don't want to say that I haven given up the mod. It's just that I really don't have time and sadly also not much motivation to work on the mod currently. I can't say when I will start to work on the mod again but I fear it will still be some while. Sorry :/
@Venom V Well, you're probably right since he is with no doubt way more experienced in modding than me. Also, he'll probably have way more time and motivation to actually work on the mod than me. Still, advertising here indeed seems a bit douchy, so you're right again, sorry ;)
@waibenator For clarification, do you mean the latest GTA, SlowMoMod or ScriptHookV update?
@waibenator Strange. I just tested it usng the newest version of ScriptHookV and GTA and it works just fine for me. Make sure you updated everything and there are no other mods conflicting.
@Angelnici2 Hm... Okay, das ist wirklich interessant. Sollte ich mir wirklich mal ansehen, wenn ich wieder dran arbeite. Danke für die Rückmeldung und freut mich, dass es jetzt funktioniert :)
@CosmicTreadmill I still want to implement those features in the future. Sadly, I don't really have the time to do so in the foreseeable future. Very sorry :/
@Beer Thanks ^^
Okay, trying to answer some questions now.
First of all, sorry for letting you wait. But sadly, my time is very limited at the moment which prevents me from effectively pushing a new update. I will be honest, this break will still continue a while. The mod is in no way abandoned and I will do my best to give support although I won't be as active as I used to be. All I can currently say is that the next update will arrive when the next update will arrive. Sorry :(
@Vatteck I put the .ini file into the Documents folder because it is easily accessible and doesn't require admin permission to be modified. Since you can change the config in-game, the UAC would probably be causing problems if the game was installed in your programs folder.
@rem The problem is that GTA doesn't really calculate the bullet's filght paths at all. Implementing such a system would be a lot of work (at least for me ^^). Thanks though :)
@matt25417 Open the .ini file in your Documents folder and look under the [Controller] section. Just edit the values there so they don't match any of your controller buttons anymore.
@Henrypotter999 You have to combine the SlowMoMod with another mod that gives you the ability to push away cars. There are plenty of the out there, I think. You currently can't change the particle effects in the .ini file. However, that should be pretty easy to implement, expect it in the next update.
I hope that answers some questions. Thanks for all the feedback and support :)
@Venom V Regarding your debate about gravity: changing the gravity won't do anything since I'm using a constant value to calculate how the player is affected by gravity. However, I'm working at something that will make the whole flying away issue hopefully a bit less frustrating. Will still take some time though since I not really have time to work onthe mod in the moment. Thanks for your patience though ^^
@waibenator Yeah, I'm thinking about adding at least an option for that in the .ini file. Shouldn't be a problem.
