i have a mod request: all the civilians try to kill the cops and military.
Hey!!! I HAVE AN AWESOEM IDEA FOR A MOD! Every civilian has a weapon and shoots the cops and military. The civilians in planes will either kamikaze into cops/military or parachute onto the military base and kill cops and soldiers.
Civil war kinda. The player can choose to fight against the civilians or with the civilians.
