GTAModSwitcher
The program is designed to make it easier for you to remove and readd mods. Since I know the problem that it is difficult to move or delete every single mod file, I created this program with a friend to make it possible to switch fast between normal GTA and modded GTA.
Attention: The GTA V directory may NOT include mods when you click the "Scan Files" button!!
Guide:
First Start - Program preparation:
- Run the program
- Choose your GTA type and select its location
- Continue -> Now you're using the program the first time, so make it learn, which content is owned by GTA and which not. Press "Scan Files"
- Now, you're ready and you don't need to scan anymore till a dlc of GTA get released.
- You're able to install every mod of your whish. The program will detect it.
Default Steps:
- Mods are installed and you want to play some GTA Online. Press Backup and wait until it's loaded. Now you can join GTA without to be scared for a ban.
- If you decide to play again with some Story Mode mods, you can simply revive your backup by pressing "Restore" and all old mods are reinstalled.
This program is made for Story Mode mods (Scripthook V mods), not for any online usage!

Update 1.0.4 is out now! You can read the Changelog in description. :)
This tool makes it pretty convenient to remove and restore the mods, but there may seems to be a small problem when someone wants to change their installed mods. I did a small test. At first, just like the description said, I clicked the "Scan Files" button, and then clicked the "Backup" button after putting some files into the "Grand Theft Auto" directory. The ModSwitcher removed the newly added files successfully. Then I clicked the "Restore" button, and the tool also did well by restoring these files. But when I put some different files into the directory, then clicking "Backup" button, the tool will show me an error window saying "ERROR: Backup Failed". I guess there should have been a "refresh" button or something else, that can clean the tool's memory of mod files, so that I can change my installed mods with this tool correctly working.

So curious to try this one...none of em works for me even GTA mod manager....just because i have Epic games store version of GTA 5....hope you'll release the update soon...i'm tired of moving mods

The 1.0.3 is here and brings a new change with it. With "Change Backup Path" you can create your own backup path on any hard drive.
