Thanks to FelixTheBlackCat for allowing me use a decent portion of his code for this mod.
ABOUT:
This mod Aims to add a differen't way to buy weapons in the game other than from ammunation. I always thought it was stupid how you could get away with crimes using a store bought firearm. This mod aims to add simple gun purchasing from dealers across the state. (Note: Because it is the black market, there are a limited amount of guns on sale.) I don't really have big plans for this mod, i wanted it made so i made it. don't expect frequent updates like my other mods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NativeUI
- SCRIPTHOOKV
- SCRIPTHOOKVDOTNET
INSTALLATION:
Drop TheBlackMarket.dll and TheBlackMarket.pdb into your scripts folder. If you can't find your scripts folder or don't have one, read the requirements again.
Source code is included in the download, if you make any changes please let me know.

Mod works flawlessly, even on ancient 1.36 RLD. Wondering why no such mods appeared earlier, except bugged Arms trading & gang wars. Could you please add advanced rifle with additions (scopes etc) and a homing launcher, cause it appears lately and has practically no use in vanilla. Thanks, you're great!

@Trancenath91 On my test, no it doesn't contain MK2 weapons. I hope this mod will contain them in next update. :D

Very good mod; reminds of a sort of a weapons dealer in GTA San Andreas near CJ's house.

Hey! It's a great mod bro, i like it so much, if i can say any "bad" part of it is that when you buy a weapon, u get it full ammo (example: 50120/12), it could be better if u only can get two clips or something like that. It could be like this:
Buy weapon. *You get the weapon with 2 clips, Combat pistol with 24 bullets for example)
Buy ammo *The posibility to buy ammo*
Just to make it more "realist", tbh i hate when i have more than 4/5 clips per weapon bcs it feels so unrealistic to me.

The merchant's icon is not there, well, it is not there, but it is just a yellow square, you can fix it anyway?

And Yes after re downloading the mod he began to paint and when approaching the seller the game gives a script error
