Decapitation is a mod for GTA V that adds realistic and brutal decapitation effects to pedestrians, when you shoot a pedestrian in the head with a powerful weapon their head will get destroyed and blood will start spraying and spilling out of the remains of the pedestrians lower-half of their head.
How to install:
Get GTAVTools from https://github.com/sparklingspacess/GTAVTools/releases/tag/main
If you do not have OpenIV get it at https://openiv.com
Make sure you have ScriptHookV, ScriptHookV .NET and OpenIV.asi installed into your game.
Drag GTAVTools.dll and GTAVMemScanner.dll into your "scripts" folder in the game directory, if you do not have one create it.
Download this mod.
Extract the zip into wherever (desktop is recommended).
Run OpenIV and in the game selection screen choose GTA V for Windows.
Enter your games folder location (you only have to do this once).
Navigate to the topbar and click Tools then click ASI Manager.
Install ASI Loader.
Install OpenIV.ASI.
Optionally, you can install openCamera to remove the camera limits within the Rockstar Editor.
Once you have done all of that, double click the Models.oiv file inside this mods extracted zip.
Press the white Install button and choose the Mods folder.
Press the Install button with the blue checkmark and wait for it to finish.
Once it has finished close the window and copy Decapitation.dll from this mods extracted folder into your "scripts" folder.
The mod is now installed!

@azzman_01 yeah it does, i recorded the video in the rockstar editor and the only issues i really faced was the camera moving cuz some of the brain chunks it spawns were in its range i just had to move the camera
Created a working dlcpack in enhanced (replacing cs_remote_01) but Im encountering an SHVDN error on script load sadly:

@LeetSombrero that seems to be something with shvdn itself? its originating from SHVDN.NativeMemory.GetGuidsInFwBasePool and NativeMemory is within the core of SHVDN so i dont really know what's going on there
Also, if youre still trying to figure out how to make a dlc, you can take a look at patchday3ng for example.
* Copy out the content.xml and setup2.xml and the full filepath of cutsobjects.rpf to your own dlcpack
* Delete everything in cutsobjects.rpf and add cs_remote_01
* Remove all unneeded filepaths and load groups from content.xml and setup2.xml
* Rename everything from patchday3ng to dismemberment
* Add dismemberment to dlclist.xml

Will this mod support high caliber handguns (.50, Marksman Pistol, Heavy Revolver), some rifles that can decapitate from close distances and will dead bodies can be blown ? I'll install the mod and leave a nice review, mod's looking feasible.
@sparklingspacess I saw a torso prop on cutsobject, will you be expanding this into a full dismemberment mod?

@Platface there's a list of supported weapons in the description, as for dead bodies being decapitated, unless the last limb you shot the ped with was the head it wont work, its a limitation within gta v itself.
for rifles decapitating at close distances, i actually never thought of doing that, ill add that once i get the chance.
@NOHABLOTAKATAKA ? i dont remember adding that, there is some unused assets still in the files i think because i was planning on adding the bullet wound models from max payne 3 into gta v but i couldn't figure out how and that got scrapped
nice potential i see in this mod maybe add more gore like hand cut off and more

@sparklingspacess Hey friend, 5 stars for this mod! I tested your mod, it's incredible, however it's using a replacement prop, and it's forced to use two game folders in the mods folder, thus taking up a lot of unnecessary space. I took the liberty of creating a specific folder for your mod; it installs as an addon. I won't republish anything anywhere because the mod is your creation. I'm willing to give you this folder if you want to replace the ones you used, which were x64d and x64g. The one I created takes up much less space, but you would only have to change your .oiv file. If you have any way I can send you these folders with your files inside, that would be great. Also, I took the liberty of converting the model to the enhanced version. I tested it on the enhanced GTA V version and also on the enhanced version with NVE, and it worked perfectly on all versions. If you're interested, I can send you all the files; it's a small contribution from me if you wish. If you like, hugs and have a great time!
@Zona Comics thanks, i have an idea that might work for lowering the size of the oiv file drastically, is it possible to just make a folder called cutsobjects.rpf and just add cs_remote_01 into there and openiv will do the rest? i'm not really familiar with how openiv works so any help with stuff like openiv would be great.
