@aallamy553 Well, at least look at your screenshot from 3ds max, your skeleton does not correspond to the proportions of the model, secondly, just sew the vertexes of the model and wrapped the vertex normals so that the model was not so angular.

I beg you to stop littering this site with these low-quality models, it is clear that you do not know at least the basics of working with 3ds max and modeling in principle, from the beginning, get it, practice. Here's a screenshot for you, for the skeletal model to work correctly, the skeleton must be positioned correctly, relative to the proportions of the model itself, and you don't have a single joint that matches the joints of the model, I'm not saying that the pelvic bones are somewhere in the area of the knees, and the bones of the hands are in the air at all.
also inside the model, for some reason, there is still a copy of it, which is useless and rather not even correct.
