there are no bugs as far as i saw, as for features might do something in the future for jill as more outfits and maybe more resident evil peds....
Installation instructions:
download and install addonpeds, from this site check the readme of how to install and do the same thing for any of the peds you want to use.
also since these models can be heavy, make sure you have all of this installed-
