Thats a smaller mod for EUP with LSPDFR. This is a retextured Jacket. In the Read Me you can find the installation instructions.

Install:

1.Open the Open IV!
2. Go to: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/eup componentpeds.rpf/
mp m freemode 01 mp m stunt 01
3. Drag and drop the .ytd file here!
4. Done, Enjoy
