This is the t-shirt designed by Nathan Copes that released a while back, decided to make a mod for it since no one else has.
You can install it by dragging the OpenIV file in the ''Installation'' folder, into:
OpenIV/GTAV/mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
And just replace it.
If anything goes wrong or the file is messed up let me know, and i'll help you.
