Thanks to Maestre for making a awesome John Wick.
I did it simple retexture of it.
I changed the shirt and the face.
Install:
Download and install Maestre's John Wick: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/john-wick
Replace the .ytd with mine.

@S2Drezza Downrating mods just because of that little detail? You don't get how hard is to do models, lady. Once you learn what does it take to make one, you'll understand.
@Pantyshot just made a texture for Maestre's model, so if you wan't to downrate the mod just go to this link: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/john-wick (This is the original model).

Not sure how you guys are getting this to work. AddonPeds is broken and just makes the game crash. I followed 7 tutorials now in a row and literally every one of them tells you to install it a different way; none of which works. The game crashes after you hit "story mode" in the main menu, every time.

@PedKiller74 Yes you can. You can reeplace every normal ped with it. Please note, that streamed peds like Michael etc. are not possible to replace

john wick, onyx guard, blackwatch genji all do not work in the addonped mod.
i know this is old, but i installed verything correct (i think) but john's face and hair looks really wierd. its all glitchy and his hair is green and glitches around face fully white
It does not work unfortunately. Textures do not display correctly on the model. For example, the face on the back of the head, and the tie on the back. Please help me fix this error! ((

Weird how it seems like it used to work according to the older comments on this mod. I tried it and couldn't get it to work correctly, it keeps showing up with weird artifacts, like completely glitched out with green and blue colors on his face. I checked the files contained inside the.YTD file and there are some that don't even match the ones that are in the original mod. Interesting indeed...
