How to Install :
you Must Download JulioNIB jetpack mod Script to run this jetpack model
Installation, hotkeys and all info needed you will find in the following blog post:

Hotkeys
Ctrl+N - Show mods menu
J - Toggle Jetpack equip/unequip
Hold space - Toggle engine on/off (In bikes is the horn button, commonly E)
Shift (Sprint) - Go Up
Control (Duck) - Go Down
Move controls (WASD) - Move forward/backward/left/right (Tap W to increase speed, hold to keep)
Mouse - Control direction
AFTER YOU FINISHED INSTALLING THE SCRIPT , REPLACE p_d_scuba_tank_s.ydr
Use OpenIV :
x64g.rpf\levels\gta5\generic\cutsobjects.rpf
you can use mods folder and make a copy of x64g.rpf to keep your original game files untouched

It didn't work out for me, I replace ydr file by the path you give, and it turns out a box on my back, then I found that box file (p_devin_box_01_s.ydr), and rename your ydr
to the name of that box, and replace. when in the game, it shows 3 wings on my back, but the direction of them were rotated 90 degree from normal.... please help me!

this is pretty dope, is there anyway i can make the wings black?
@onomao i managed to get the dds file from the ydr but how do i import it back into the file? i cant import it using 3dsmax and i cant replace the dds using texture toolkit. can you help me out?
@onomao when i use other scripts with the wings, the scuba tank shows up? what do i do?
