@FatalKnight I loved your mod too! I've been waiting for this character for GTA 5 for a long time. By the way, not wanting to ask too much, but can you convert this PED to GTA IV? By the way, I was going to try to make my own Not Important for GTA IV but GIMS IV doesn't work anymore on current 3DS Max versions. I already made Not Important voice lines replaced Niko Bellic's. I find GTA IV more interesting than V, because Hatred's original story is probably set in New York and New Jersey, which fits perfectly with Liberty City and Alderney City.
