This mod and a few others of it's kind was reported to the rockstar organization a few months ago, then rockstar explained that it is probably one of the very reasons why mods are not allowed/permitted online, then they said that there is nothing wrong in changing protagonists if you get bored with using the same character over and over from story mode to even online mode. So that's the reason why we have created the online character customization to enable players on all platforms have access to new characters and manual customizations including director mode, thus recreating or replacing default/standard characters isn't permitted and is not of our best interest (R*). A friend of mine told me this, he has an uncle working with the R* games association
