Made a texture that fits to the epsilon program shirt.
So no need for any vest model, in order for this mod to work.
In future i can make other gang logo vests too,
you can ask me to make one you like. installation instructions are on "how to install.txt"

Bandidos Europe....doesnt fit to GTA ...Bandidos America or Los Santos would fit xD
@RandomGTAFreak i made a nomad version of it, and i'm currently making Texas version
@RandomGTAFreak i have other bandidos mods too, but it takes time as i made these with using only paint and online editors.
@juh00 yes you are right. it maybe didnt looked like that (my English is not the best), but i meant it as an idea.
