A USCG skin for the valkyrie, with weapons removed. Mostly based on the real-life HH-65 Dolphin for markings, with some artistic license and some emblems moved since there are no doors. Not perfect, but I'm tired of working on it, at least for now.
I may make a version based on the swift or the annihilator if wanted, though I'd rather wait for SkylineGTRFreak to remake his MH-60J from IV.

Find valkyrie.ytd with openiv in:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>mpheist>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>mpheistvehicles.rpf
Open it, and import heliguard.png
Save the .ytd file, and you're done :)
Also, if anyone knows how to edit the dispatch.meta so that this spawns instead of the polmav when you're out on the ocean, I'd love it if you shared :)

it still has the guns when installed even though "A USCG skin for the valkyrie, with weapons removed" .. whereas @flyncriminal version actually removed them. nice
