How to Install:
1-Run OpenIV
2-Go to update/64x/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
3-Replace polmav.ytd
4-Go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
4-Replace polmav.ytd once again.
5-Have fun.

Can you add LAPD to the bottom of the helicopter please?

@bunnyfreak I tried what you suggested and I think it is not possible at this time. The blades of the helicopters from gta v function as a single standard. The new colors of the blades from police maverick work only during the flight. While on the ground, the blades of the helicopter still in black and yellow pattern. Anyway , if you still want to, I can make available for download. Thanks.
