I was an IL State Trooper late 80's-early 90's. Just pointing out a few errors on this post. The Blues Brothers was 1980, and all the cars in the movie were from IL State and Chicago PD from the mid-1970's. The mod car shown in the pic is a 1979 Crown Vic, not 1989. OP is off by one decade.
