I made this a few months ago & a few people have asked if I could do a public release, there are six in total dotted around LS & Blaine County, you can also use this prop in your own map mods if you so wish but please credit me.
Brief description:
It's a static prop version of my Issi Jolly, not really much more to it really.
Have fun & enjoy!

Install instructions:
- Add rustyjolly to your dlcpacks folder situated inside your mods folder, and add the line into your dlclist.
Special thanks to Skylumz for making create ytypes (awesome tool) & dexyfex for making codewalker, these tools certainly makes map modding a lot easier!

cool, add more wrecked car variants and perhaps even static prop variants of normal vehicles for map making (like fake vehicle, looks like real vehicle but its just a prop) those are the suggestions for this mod
