Realistic blood and wound improvements is a mod that adds new bullet hole and wound decals, as well as blood, bleed, and blood cloud textures.
This mod is for story game only.
Features of the mod:
—Depending on the type of weapon, the wounds will vary in size and texture.
—Realistic size of outlet holes.
—Realistic puddles and blood splatters.
—Realistic stickers with damage on various materials.
—Realistic soaking: time, shape and color.
Problems and bugs:
—None
To install you will need OpenV and Script Hook V.
To install the mod itself you need to unzip the archive and run the oiv file and install it preferably in the mods folder.
The file for removing the mod works just like the installer.
I prohibit the use of my files for other mods or assemblies.
I am grateful to these people for the files

great mod but the only thing is missing is the face wounds from punches could you please add that?
yo can u make it so hand to hand combat results in bloody noses cuts near eyes and can you make the blood pools dynamic? i never seen a creator do that for gta it would be lowk nice ngl would get u hella attention just like galaxyhighsmarshal mod for max payne 3 or imrpoventments in blood for rdr2
and for shotgun wounds to the head can it be like a brain or bone decal or brain and bone decal? and maybe for shotgun wounds to the leg should show a tiny piece of bone and maybe multi layer damage like ripped clothes decals etc

is kinda fake i tested out every weapon and its all the same same wounds same everything man i love the soaking tho and the blood color and the blood splatters can sometimes be bigger then blood pools but anyways make it like rbfx actually realistic

Unfortunately, most of the above is impossible to release or I simply don’t know how to do it.
But there is something that I can completely do.
The textures and dimensions of wounds from pistols, assault rifles, sniper rifles and shotguns are different.
oh nvm it does have face wounds
You brought the best of it all, the grittyness of Zippo raid's blood, with the wound size of blood and decals diversity, also the blood splashing is awesome, unlike with other mods, shotguns are actually NASTY, which is how they should be, the best one out there.
