HOW TO INSTALL:

After finish downloading & extract the RAR files, Open folder "EXTREME TRAFFIC" and then
use OPENIV to replace all the files inside:
1). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data
2). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data\AI
3). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\common\data\Levels\gta5
4). Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.RPF\X64\Levels\gta5
AND ...
1). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data
2). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\AI
3). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\Levels\gta5
4). Grand Theft Auto V\common.RPF\data\Levels\Stripped
Rebuild.....FINISHED, Run the game.
DESCRIPTIONS:

VERSION v1.1:

1. All peds & vehicles spawn Increase 200%.
2. All DLC's sports vehicles will spawns in every places.
3. All police & army vehicles always patrol on the street include Tank.
4. All poor cars has been replaced by medium to high cars.
5. All parking vehicles also change with expensive vehicles.

@GTASeriesFans OMG How you do it, that your GTA 5 looks like a ENB-Modded- GTA-SA??! It looks so amazing. Can you tell me how you do that? Do you have done some special graphic options?
@SwiftBird : No my friend....I don't use ENB, I am using Sweet-FX for GTAV....if you want your GTAV graphic looks sharp, clear & awesome, follow this step:
1. Download SweetFX for GTAV in googe search, you can find it easy.
2. Download my Mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-v-extreme-clear-hd-weather
3. Copy & replace my SweetFX Settings inside "BONUS" .RAR installation folder, finish, run the game.
