this mod puts the families in groove street like in gta san andreas instead of ballas in groove street. there was a jedjosh version where he used as a script but it just despawns the ballas and spawns the famillies and they dont get provoked by touching or stairing at them. but my version works like if rockstar used the families in groove street in gta 5 instead of ballas.
installation.
amientpedmodelset.meta goes to update/update.rpf/common/data/ai
popgroup.ymt goes to upate/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5
known bugs
potentially that ballas will still spawn. purple ballas car still spawns sometimes i dont know how to change it to green if anyone can tell me down the comments how to locate the file that tells the game what colour of cars need to spawn that will be great.

Awesome idea thanks!! Unfortunately I cant get it to work. I get Families at both Grove Street and their default GTA V spawn location.
