I know you can spawn any vehicle with a trainer etc. but this is just for fun.
Requirements

Use OpenIV and drop the .gfx and .ytd file into (mods\)update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_web.rpf
How to use
Once in GTA V, go via a laptop or your phone to www.gfx.com.

It works...i think. When i put on the gfx site and put the vehicle command it wont appear , it would appear as an another vehicle (probably not a dlc or ol vehicle). Is there any way to fix this? Well it works but only some vehicles appear on the shop

"Premium Deluxe Motorsport Car Dealership" is a good alternative this one does not work

It appears that R* made some changes and now it's impossible (at least for now) to purchase the new vehicles so I'm not going to update this for now.
