Hello,
This is my first YMAP and I am not sure do you need mods for this, but better install them.
Map Editor mod.
Menyoo mod.
You don't need to install YMAP mod, but if you want, here is the download:

I've put my ObjectList into .rar folder, use it if you don't have all items that are showed in pictures.
Installation:
1.Extract files from my .rar folder
2.Put ObjectList.ini into scripts, which can be found in main folder
3.Put Trevors upgrds.ymap here: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom_maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf
4.That's it!
Start singleplayer and everything will be spawned as soon as you start singleplayer.No need to load something from Map editor or Menyoo.
Trevor's Upgrades includes:
+Distribution of cocaine on Sandy Shores Airfield
+Construction work on McKenzie Field
+Trevor's upgraded garage at the docks
+Weed barn at Paleto bay
+Meth lab at Recycling Center on Sandy Shores
+Small barge
