Important
You need the "Map Editor"

How to install
Drag the "scripts" folder and the "Dam Site" file into your Grand Theft Auto V directory, Inside the "scripts" folder is an "AutoloadMaps" folder,
so the map loads automatically.
Or You Can Just Copy Dam site.xml file in Your GTA 5 root Directory and Load the map From Map Editor.

Hmm quite honestly the dam would no place to be for me as a tourist in San Andreas but I appreciate your effort.
