Put the "ParkingV" in your Server ressources folder.
paste this in your start.cfg: 'start ParkingV'.
Done!
-Singleplayer-
Start up OPENIV, head to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ and paste the "parkingv" in there.
After that, go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and open your DLC list and paste this under the last one:
"dlcpacks:/parkingv/"
Done!

If I add this addon, it only works with Gta5 Singleplayer but if I also start RagePluginHook it is no longer there... Why?
