Mission Row is a ymap mod based upon the real life homeless community of Skid Row in Downtown Los Angeles. It seeks to create an atmosphere similar to one you would find in the homeless encampment that is skid row. This will be the first of many mods that seek to enhance the base GTA V atmosphere, and that are all based off of my previous defunct "GTA V: Revamped" mod.
Installation
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS HAVE A MOD FOLDER WHEN MODIFYING GTA V
1. Navigate to update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Create a folder titled "missionrow"
3. Move "dlc" to this location
4. Add "missionrow" to your dlc list.

Mission Row Police Annex is a ymap edit of what appears to be the original police Station for Mission row. The annex is based on the real life LAPD Central Community Police Station. @Van_Zandt do pedestrians walk around the objects or just get stuck on them? ...or do they interact with the objects at all? Guess I'll just install and check it out. I see that old couch turned on it's side and was thinking it would be cool if it was upright and pedestrians would actually sit on it. Also, that screenshot with the Zentorno next to the tents in it is DEEP. Ups and downs of life in one picture. Art gallery material right there.
@Brandoman that would require editing navmesh, ehich is naerly impossible and very know how to do it
@Brandoman There are peds that interact with objects. They do walk over them to sit in the chairs placed but it's usually the smaller props they step over. To edit the peds walking around the props you'd have to edit the navmesh and it's really not worth the effort for something so minor. I've done it before but that was to create a crosswalk at the LSIA drop off area.

For those of you who have no idea how to Add "missionrow" to your dlc list:
Use OpenIV, then go to: mods>update>update.rpf>common>data
Scroll down. You'll find the dlc.xml file.
Extract it (to your desktop for example)
Open it with a text editor and at the end of the "Item>dlcpacks" list add the following line:
<Item>dlcpacks:/missionrow/</Item>
Save and close the dlc.xml file
Add it back to the mods>update>update.rpf>common>data folder in OpenIV.
Close it and you should be good to go!

@yellowboy06 I use codewalker. The learning curb isn't that steep if you put a few hours into it
@Van_Zandt Is this compatible with GTA V Remastered REVISED (latest version) + WoV (latest version)?
@toobalooboolama Should be. It's a map overlay so it doesn't affect any other mods unless those mods have direct placement of objects in certain locations
I love the screenshot of the Zentorno parked there. Really a nice FU to people in proper R* fashion.

i really like this. i know this hasn't seen an update in a while but may i suggest maybe adding RV's (rusted Journey mainly) parked on the streets? not sure if these would be too in the way but would be another realistic touch.
