You need menyoo to spawn this monstrosity. Get menyoo here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Inspired by the machine on youtube that eats everything. It had to be made extremely large to conceal most of the the windmill blades but it strips and mangles vehicles and deposits scrapped cars and parts at the bottom. Some stubborn cars take longer to "process" than others, sometimes they may also get stuck in the "machine" but this is a rare occurrence. I left a dozer and a few cars for you on the platform but you should experiment by spawning different vehicles and items into the machine. Be careful though because obviously spawning too many objects at once will crash your game. For best results I strongly recommend using a better deformation/damage mod and modded cars that have roof area deformation.
Installation: To install you place shred.xml in the "spooner" section of "menyoo stuff" menyoo stuff should be in your gtav directory/main folder.

@TwistedWisdom Thanks, your video is pretty cool. It would be cool to do it again with average cars instead of tanks. When you put a lot of easily damaged cars in it things get really interesting :)
