The FIB building is collapsed with an UFO!! ONLY MENYO AND RAMPAGE!!
Feature:
FIB building collapsed into the street
Required mods:

How to install:
Download the zip file
Extract anywhere (desktop recommended so it's easy to find)
Copy "FIB building collapsed.xml" to menyooStuff folder in GTAV directory (my directory is A:/Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner
To load it in game, press F8, Go to object spooner, Manage Saved Files and load "FIB building collapsed.xml)
WARNING you need to teleport first and then load the file.
DONE! Now Enjoy!

I tried multiple times to remove the OG FIB but yea it's impossible it contains too many interiors and even if i remove it the lod (slod) will continue to show it in the distance
