This is one of my old projects, i never planned to upload it because i was never satisfied with it.
but would be too bad to let it rot on the HDD, do not expect high quality!

INSTALL:
1. Run OpenIV
2. Drag and drop the folder "beach_club_1a" in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Go to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" open "dlclist.xml" and add the line "dlcpacks:/beach_club_1a/"

@BigShaqNOKetchup! What an incredible project as always ! Thank you for the gift you give the community with each of your posts. I have added support for it in the PropertyManager m, including security, valet, parking with persistence in the adjascent public parking, 2 barmaids, and 1DJ. Since guards didn’t fit the vibe of the place, I made it possible to define the PedModel in the settings for each property. By default, I have set bouncers for the beach club :-)

@Bomsky no! it is forbidden to upload or sell my mods on other sites, if this continues with the scam sites i will stop modding!
these A******* earn money with my work and that is an absolute NO-GO! These scam sites you can not do anything, am really angry now....

@Squad51 with the next update i add npcs, until then you should install this mod, for music bar ladies etc

This one crashed my game for some reason, which is weird because other maps worked. I double-checked to make sure I had everything in the right places on OpenIV.
