Ballas are destroying and robbing a store in their neighbourhood. Its a very detailed map, if you load the map you will automatically be teleported there but if not you are also provided with a picture of the location.
*NOTE: I've come across moments when some objects were missing, if this happens, just go to the location and reload the map. In future updates I will fix it.
How to install: Download – Unzip – Inside should be a file named “COOL.xml” just put that in your GTA 5 folder. Load it up in the game with 'Map Editor.'

@AkAPs2 it worked for everyone else, make sure all your files are installed correctly and run the game as administrator.

I have the same...I do not understand where is the problem.Other maps load just fine.I even "updated" objectlist and Vehicle.ini with custom ones without a success...Tried to run the game as admin too
nothing fixes the problem.To bad i really wanted to see your map ;-)Август 31, 2017 -
