If I disabled the anti-virus it shouldn't matter what it is, it's disabled. I use IObit Malware Fighter and Advanced SystemCare Pro, but as I said, I disabled ALL antivirus before attempting the install the last few times. This made no difference however.

I disabled my antivirus just before install the last 5 or 6 times. I don't think that's the issue.
