Same here as others. Followed instructions, when searching for "player_niko" Simple Trainer says Nothing Found. MP_Niko has no legs/hands.
No other mods installed (Besides OpenIV, Simple Trainer and it's dependencies), fresh legit install.
Got the nb file at: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\nb\dlc.rpf
Copied the provided dlclist.xml and gameconfig.xml into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
