@Shiizui To get the mod to work you need the latest version of "ScriptHookFive.Net". You need to install it then create "scripts" folder and put all time circuits mod files there. That worked for me. You don't need any other mods besides ScriptHookFive.Net, but you can have the native trainer. Not sure about other mods if they crash it or not. DeLoreans couldn't be spawned through the F5 menu, but you can install a DeLorean reskin and turn it into a time machine. So that's a way to do it.
I managed to use the blinking F5 menu. You just spam the enter button until it works. However I can't spawn any of the deloreans, but the "Turn current car into a time machine" works fine. Though it starts to glitch if I have a wanted level and in a time machine. It becomes impossible to change the destination time and sometimes starts giving out random dates before shutting down. At this point it's impossible to turn the time circuits on and thus impossible to travel in time. Fixed by finding another car to make it a time machine or reloading the mod (LShift+Num0 I guess that's how you do it) and making the car time machine again. Also for some reason I can't set the destination time to 31st day of any month. So please fix the unability to spawn deloreans and these bugs with the circuits.
