I'd like to add that this mod works beautifully. In August 2018. I am running LSPDFR with this, quite a fun experience i'd say. So, to those who say the mod doesn't work, have you considered it isn't the mod? I'm using Windows 10, and yes Defender can be a pain in the ass. Like any antivirus program exclude your gta 5 folder as well as the server folder, if you have one. And if need be turn off your firewall or add it to the exception list.
