Ok so i figured it out! You have to install the community script hook before this mod will work now. Just make sure you've got the singleplayergarage.ini in your scripts folder along with the single player garage folder. and put all the files that belong with this one in your root folder and everything works.
Weazel Garage works good. All the others not so much. Put 80 cars in weazel. pull them and customized them then put the customized versions in another garage and then it tells me to contact you because it has messed up.
