- Run OpenIV and enable "Edit Mode"
- Copy mpheist3 to mods folder
- Navigate to mpheist3 inside mod folder
- Then dlc.rpf > x64> levels> gta5 > props > prop_ch_casino_vault.rpf
- Drop the file here
- Enjoy!
